As artificial intelligence reshapes workplaces across industries, ensuring that its benefits are shared broadly and equitably has become an urgent challenge. The Worker-Centered AI: Advancing Equitable Design, Adoption, and Governance Thought Summit will bring together researchers, policymakers, labor leaders, industry practitioners, and other stakeholders to explore how AI can be developed and deployed in ways that support workers, strengthen organizations, and promote democratic values.
