As climate challenges increasingly impact both natural and built environments, the Adapting to Climate Uncertainty through AI-Enabled Microbial System Design Thought Summit will convene leading thinkers from artificial intelligence, biology, and materials science to chart a roadmap for the AI-driven design of engineered microbial communities. Participants will explore how advances in predictive modeling, biological engineering, and data-driven discovery can enable new approaches to strengthening climate resilience in infrastructure and agriculture. By fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue and collaboration, the summit will identify scientific opportunities, research priorities, and strategic partnerships needed to accelerate innovation and unlock the potential of living systems as adaptive solutions for a changing world.
